Beautifully restored series 1, E Type Jaguar. All matching numbers. Absolutely gutted to be selling it due to disabled children. Stunning car. In my opinion the most sort after E type jaguar there is.

Series 1. 79,000 miles. This beautiful E Type UK RHD full matching numbers example is finished in its original colour of Opalescent Silver Blue with Dark Blue leather interior all verified by the heritage certificate. Over the years she has been maintained by Jaguar specialists and in 2012 a full restoration was commissioned and carried out by a leading Jaguar specialist. Completed to an extremely high standard it is the best detailed E Type restoration I have seen.

There is a super history file with old MoTs, invoices and documented restoration with photos. On the road, the E Type is still amazing. It must have been like jumping into a fighter jet in the 1960's. This one is ready for use and would be a terrific car to cruise around Europe and enjoy. It is fully inspected, serviced and comes with a 12 month comprehensive warranty.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
