Current bid $8,800.00 reserve not met, 16 bids, 6 days left in auction. Location now said to be Fenton, Missouri. Appears to be the same seller.
Sellers description:
This XK-E is a beautiful driver, not a fully restored show car but a car that can be driven and enjoyed with no further appearance work. The paint is very nice and is very recent. The interior is in great shape. The leather is not cracked, worn or faded. The dash is in nice condition as well. The radio antenna is missing for some reason, an easy replacement. Overall the chrome and bright work is in decent condition with some minor pitting in a few spots.
The car runs and drives but could use some TLC from someone who knows what they are doing around one of these cars. This one has been setting for quite a few years. It needs a tune-up and the brakes need work.

Current bid $1,000, no reserve, 1 bid, 9 days left in auction. Car now said to be in St. Louis, Missouri.
Sellers description:
This is a gorgeous 2+2 coupe that is in the final phases of restoration. Everything has been brought back to original. It has recently had a paint job in its original color, The black leather has been re-done where necessary and is in excellent condition. The 4.2 liter (4235 cc) 6 cylinder engine runs and drives but could use a little TLC. We do have a clear title to this vehicle.
Exterior
The body was (and is) completely rust free pre-paint job. The body is excellent, and the brand new paint job is stellar. The 72 spoke wire wheels are original, the tires are in good driving condition. The trim is all present. The only thing I can say about it is that a small portion of chrome is not perfect. I took a detail photo of the absolute worst spot, to give you an idea...but like I said that isn't what the majority of it is like.
Interior
This car has an extremely nice black leather interior. I believe the back seat is original. The front seats have been recently reupholstered in identical black leather, and look excellent. The floors look good, so does the headliner. The dash is in great condition, see photos. There are a couple of pieces missing from the underside of the dash, which are not really visible from normal vantage points, i.e standing and looking into the car, or even from sitting in the seats.
Engine & Transmission
Our car has an automatic transmission. According to the brochure, the 2+2 is the only Jaguar E-Type that has an automatic transmission. The Engine is an 6-cylinder, with 4.2 liter (4235 cc) displacement, producing 265 horsepower. This car runs & drives, and to the best of our knowledge the mileage is actually 32,930.
