Stunning Australian delivered Jaguar E-Type Roadster
In lovely condition and period colours
Supplied with a desirable hardtop, books and history
From the Estate of the Late Ian Cummins

This well-documented E-type is an original factory right-hand drive car delivered through Larke Hoskins of Homebush, NSW to Cousins Truck Sales Pty Ltd of Flemington in Sydney on October 25, 1971, the first owner recorded as John Collins, who registered the car on personal plates JC-135. The car passed to John L Gardner of St Ives in January 1977, before Nicholas Royle of Lindfield became the next custodian in 1985, moving to Noosa in Queensland six years later and was featured in an episode of the iconic Australian television show "A Country Practice" at some stage. Stuart Dawson of the Isle of Capri, QLD became the next recorded owner in 1993, who carried out extensive refurbishment over several years. John Glasson purchased the E-type from Dawson in February 2008 and kept the car for a further seven years before it joined Ian Cummins renowned collection in Ross, Tasmania. The most recent invoice indicates a major service carried out by the Classic Car Garage in January 2016 and it remains in excellent running condition today, with 57,881 miles showing on the clock ( at time of cataloguing) - almost certainly the original. Painted in the original sable, a lovely period colour complemented by the cream leather upholstery, the E-type comes with both soft and hard tops, plus a chrome luggage rack. To be sold unregistered, the car is also supplied with a detailed history file containing receipts, old registration papers and a maintenance book, complete with wiring diagram and lubrication charts.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
