Vehicle Condition
Vehicle is in very good condition for age. Car has never been abused, then restored. Rather it has been maintained in good running condition since Feb 1979, when I bought it. I am the third owner. Car has spent life in CA. Car is Sable Brown, repainted in 1988 with Dupont Imron. Interior is Tan replaced with full leather trim kit by GW Bartlett in 1986.(including carpets). Suspension bushings, Springs and Shocks replaced in 1999. Front windshield replaced in 1999. Exhaust system replaced 1999. Dist. Vacuum retard unit replaced 1999. Carbs rebuilt 1999. Tires replaced with high perf units in 1999. Radiator replaced with heavy duty oversized unit 1996. Fan Motors replaced 1996. Brakepads 1996. A/C service 1997. Steering U.J's 1996. Auto transmission rebuilt 1996. Timming chain and tensioner 1995. Waterpump 1995. Cylinder heads and valves 1995. All water hoses 1999. Car has had little use in last year due to owners health.

sable in color with the original tan leather. A true gentleman’s GT classic sports car. A/C. power steering, power brakes. A very original low mileage classic. The paint is in beautiful condition with a couple of small imperfections. Mechanically all good, however, is not exempt from the usual guaranteed Jaguar “controlled oil weepage”. The Connelly leather is clean and supple showing nice patina, overall very nice as is the carpet and headliner. The rear seats only hold two legless teenagers, or one drunken Englishman. The electrics amazingly all seem to work just fine (of course no guarantees). Tires are like new; it comes with a new rubber seal set of which some have been fitted, overall a very, very nice driver.
