    Ebay item 10/12/16
    www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-E-Type-Series-III-/191993185362
Opening bid US $38,500, no bis 9 days left in auction, seller hilltop6955.

    Sellers description:
Hilltop Auto is pleased to offer Stock # 217, this 1972, one owner V-12 E-type roadster which has the desirable small bumpers. The later cars shipped to the U.S. came through with much larger ones. We have the original title issued for the car when it was purchased new from the dealer, Flint British Motors in Phoenix, Arizona. The owner took possession of the car on December 23rd, 1972, which was entered in the the British Leyland Passport to Service booklet for the car. The Arizona title shows the manufacturer's list price as $7,338. We have the license plate in hand when the car was registered new and It has been on this E-type all it's life. This car has one of the driest bodies that we have ever seen, which makes a great candidate for restoration. The owner took it to "Doc" Peter Scadron, Doc's Jaguar Inc. to have the car freshened up. The car was taken apart by Doc's Jaguar in the mid 80's and we now have possession of the car. This is a great opportunity to get an original V-12 roadster for a low price.
